Appetizers Entree Salads

Cake Walk
One crab cake served atop our cocktail sauce, one salmon cake served atop a creamy dill sauce, and one shrimp cake served atop honey mustard sauce, topped with whole-grain mustard-braised cabbage. "A trio you will remember!"

Central Park Sampler
Roasted artichoke & crab dip, 8 almond prawns with honey mustard sauce, a large BBQ chicken quesadilla, sautéed portabellos in a bread bowl, and a warm, crispy brie round with sliced fruit. Serves 6 to 8

Prime Steakhouse Salad
Trimmed and sliced Rib Eye steak placed atop chopped greens, artichoke hearts, sweet corn, red onion, chopped tomatoes, tossed in a balsmic vinaigrette and sprinkled with shaved Gorgonzola cheese

Salad Nicoise
Ahi Tuna, seared rare, served atop cold chopped greens, mixed in an herb mustard dressing with boiled egg, red potatoes, olives, green beans, hearts of palm, and tomato wedges with a side of lemon caper mayonnaise

All Entrees are served with house potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables

Rib Eye MooLala
A 20 oz. Black Angus Rib Eye steak flamed in cognac, then topped with black peppercorns and roasted red peppers

Swordfish
Grilled, served with roasted potato wedges, wilted spinach, crispy salami and shallot caper butter sauce

Chicken Wellington
A large, boneless breast of chicken stuffed with spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, pancetta bacon, and button mushrooms, wrapped in puff pastry, with a caper shallot butter sauce

New York Teriyaki
Black Angus, aged 21 days, marinated and grilled, topped with a teriyaki glaze, sliced thin, served over fresh pineapple

Tournedoes Monterey
Two petite filets set atop a crab & artichoke pate, topped with mushroom caps, and crowned with béarnaise sauce

Lamb Chops
Two double-cut lamb chops broiled, set atop raspberry mint glaze
